What we actually do

Three things, done in-house

01

Your brand, our factory

We produce under your label with your carton marking. Packaging MOQ applies, and we will quote it rather than hide it.

Private label · Custom packaging · MOQ on request

02

Custom designs, built to spec

Send a drawing, a photo or a sample. Our engineering team turns it into a producible cabinet, then we quote it against your target price.

OEM drawings · NDA available · Sample on request

03

Exclusive models, protected

A model developed for you is not offered to another buyer in your market while our partnership runs. Your drawings stay in engineering.

Restricted to engineering · Not exposed to sales

Inside production

From coil to finished cabinet

Nothing on this list is outsourced. Cutting, bending, welding, grinding and assembly all happen on the same floor.

01

Cut and fold

Coil is cut and folded to the drawing, so the body of the cabinet is one continuous piece wherever it can be.

Craftsman hand-finishing a curved stainless steel edge
02

Form and fit

Curved and specialist sections are formed by hand against a jig, checked before welding rather than after.

03

Weld and finish

TIG welding, then grinding and a seamless finish, so joints disappear instead of being hidden by trim.

04

Verify and pack

Steel grade is verified on the floor against the order, then each unit is checked against its drawing before packing.

Why steel

Every detail
has a reason.

Stainless steel is not a style choice for us. It does not swell, it does not delaminate, and it does not need to be replaced when a kitchen gets wet for ten years. The design work is making that honest material read like a private club lounge instead of a service kitchen — which is a specifying decision, not a material one, and it is where most stainless work goes wrong.

Grade 304 is our standard, with 316 on request for coastal and high-chloride work. A door is a bonded panel — stainless on both faces over an aluminium honeycomb core, 18 to 25 mm finished — not a single folded sheet. Every coil is checked against the order on the floor before it is cut, which is why we can tell you what is in a cabinet rather than what was ordered.

First contact

Four things to know before you write

Most first emails ask the same four things. Here they are, answered plainly, so your first message can be about your project instead.

Are you a factory or a trading company?

A factory. The plant is in Foshan, Guangdong — 13,000 m² in operation, with cutting, forming, welding and finishing under one roof. The contracting entity is Guangdong Zebra Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.; BOGEQI is the cabinet brand it runs. You can check both names on the quotation and on the invoice.

Do you work with distributors, or only end clients?

Both, and they take different routes. Distributors and project buyers usually want OEM or private label — our designs under your brand, with territory exclusivity available. End clients and designers usually start from one of the six in-house series and adapt it. Tell us which one you are in the first line and we will route the reply correctly.

Can you quote from a photo?

Not accurately. A photo tells us the look; it does not tell us the dimensions, the wall condition or the service routing, and those decide the price. What gets you a real number fastest is a room plan or a dimensioned sketch with the wall lengths, the ceiling height and where the services come in. A sample or a detailed drawing is better still.

How fast will I hear back?

Within two working days, from a person who can answer technical questions rather than a form receipt. The one exception is Chinese New Year and the first week of October, when the plant closes and the whole country slows down. If your brief is complete we will often come back with questions and an indicative range in the same reply, rather than an acknowledgement now and a quote three weeks later. Send the brief or email sales@bogeqi.com directly.
