Tell us what you are building
A drawing, a photograph of an existing kitchen, or two sentences about the project is enough to start. The more specific you are about quantity and market, the more useful the first reply will be.
Email — fastest
Drawings and NDAs move faster over email than through a form. We can sign your NDA before any file changes hands.
Phone & WhatsApp
Same number on WhatsApp. Calls are answered during Foshan business hours (UTC+8); messages outside those hours are picked up the next working morning. If you are sending a drawing, email is still the better route — it does not get compressed on the way.
Factory
13,000 m² plant, Foshan
Guangdong, China
Full street address and a site map are supplied with the quotation, and before any visit. Visits by arrangement — we would rather have someone expecting you than a locked gate.
Legal entity
Guangdong Zebra Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.
This is the name that appears on the quotation, the proforma invoice and the bank details. Check it matches before you pay a deposit.
What we work in
304 stainless as standard
316 on request
Stainless is the only carcass we fabricate — but it is not the only material we work with. Glass, solid timber and aluminium are integrated into stainless frames as standard requests. Tell us the combination on the first email and the quote covers the whole assembly, not one part of it.
Reply time
Two working days
From a named person, not a shared inbox. In Chinese New Year and the first week of October, expect longer — those are the two stretches when the plant actually stops. Everywhere else on this page, "two working days" means exactly that.
Languages
English · 简体中文
Other languages are handled through you or a translator. We would rather say that than send a machine translation of a technical drawing.
Inquiry form
Six fields, one optional. If you would rather not fill in a form at all, the email address on the left is the better route — it also lets you attach drawings, which this form cannot do.
Foshan · Guangdong · China
One hour from Guangzhou Baiyun airport, forty minutes from Guangzhou South station.
Before you write
Three things that save a week
None of them requires a finished drawing. A rough answer to each is enough for us to reply with something useful rather than a request for more information.
01
Quantity, roughly
"One kitchen" and "a container of kitchens" are different conversations with different pricing. An estimate is enough — you do not need to commit. A single bespoke room and a forty-unit programme use the same 304 stock, but nothing else about them is the same.
02
The market you sell into
Climate, appliance standards, cabinet conventions and price expectations all differ. A model that works in Shanghai may be wrong in Dubai, and we would rather adjust than ship. Coastal markets usually move from 304 to 316; that single line changes the quote.
03
Whether you need exclusivity
If you do, say so at the start. It changes which designs we can offer, and it is tied to an annual volume we need to discuss before the drawing, not after.
Straight answers
What happens after you press send
Nobody likes sending an inquiry into silence. Here is exactly what we do with it, and what we will ask you for.
Who reads my message?
A member of the export desk, not an autoresponder. Our target is a substantive reply inside two working days — Foshan is UTC+8, so a Monday morning email from Europe often gets answered before your Monday starts. The exception is Chinese New Year and the first week of October, when the plant closes; those two stretches run slower and we say so rather than pretend otherwise. If your brief is complete we usually reply with questions and an indicative range in that first message rather than an acknowledgement.
What do you need before you can price it?
Four things: the room or product type, approximate wall lengths and ceiling height, the quantity band, and the country you are building for. A drawing is better than any of it. What we cannot quote from is a photograph alone — it shows the look, not the 560 mm depth or the 25 mm worktop that decide the panel cut. A real quote follows the drawing, typically 3–5 working days after we have it.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, and we will sign yours rather than insist on ours. We work on other customers' drawings all day; the confidentiality clause is in every OEM agreement we issue, and it covers the drawings, the tooling and the fact that you are a customer at all. Send the NDA with the brief and we will return it signed before anything technical is discussed.
Can I visit the plant before ordering?
Yes. Foshan is about 40 minutes from Guangzhou Baiyun airport by car, and we will walk you through all four operations — cutting, forming, welding and finishing — on the 13,000 m² floor. If a flight is not practical, a video call from the floor during your working hours is the next best thing, and we can time it to a job that resembles yours. See what the visit covers.
Four pages worth reading first
Most first emails ask one of four things: what we can make, what we look like on the floor, what a finished job looks like, or what we already produce under our own name. Each of those has a page. Reading one before you write usually means the reply we send is already specific.
-
What we manufacture
Ten room types, materials and what is custom versus fixed.
-
The plant itself
Four operations, the machines behind them and what we check.
-
Finished projects
Export work and domestic jobs, with locations and scope.
-
OEM and exclusivity
Private label terms, exclusive models and what we put in writing.
